On a beautiful large estate there is a holiday house. The house consists of a kitchen with a living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom, while the smaller house has a living room with a small kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. The plot has a separate building with a summer kitchen and fireplace, and a sauna with bathroom. A bread oven is also available. Within the building there is a playground for outdoor activities, a swimming pool and two whirlpools, one of which flows into the pool. Near the house there is a path suitable for cyclists and pedestrians. The settlement of Kaštel Novi is located along the coast of Kaštela Bay with beautiful pebble beaches, suitable for families with children. In the offer of this beautiful holiday house there is also a wooden tree house for two with a beautiful sea view. In front of the house there is a beautiful terrace where guests can enjoy.

Holiday Home Parada is located at Kaštel Novi, one of the seven beautiful old towns between Trogir and Split. Beautiful beaches and crystal blue Adriatic Sea. Known for the wine, fruits and vegetables. Trogir is 9 kilometres while Split is 22 kilometres by car.
