Located 5 minutes from the beach and the center of Poreč, the property offers a large garden with barbecue and sun loungers, a patio with a dining area and a covered parking space. The house consists of two portions, each with: large living area and three bedrooms for a total of 120 square meters. Each portion has a private garden and a covered parking space. "Holiday Home Sofia" (the right side) has four bedrooms (one attic) and two bathrooms for a total of 3 double beds and a bunk bed (for 8 people); on the ground floor there is also a sofa bed for emergencies, it can accommodate up to 8/10 people. "Holiday Home Parenzo" (the left side) has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is, on the whole, larger. The main bedroom, on the ground floor, has a double bed, a single bed and a private bathroom; on the first floor the second bedroom has a double bed (loft) and a bunk bed; the third bedroom has a double bed; on the ground floor there is also a sofa bed for emergencies, overall "Holiday Home Parenzo" can accommodate up to 8/10 people. If you rent the two portions together, I can accommodate up to 16/18 people.
