This Holiday Home is an ideal holiday destination for those seeking tranquility,privacy and a natural environment to appreciate and love the sea. It is located in the small village of Nova on the island of Korčula, right on the beach and has a wonderful view of the sea and the opposite islands. It is a stone house built in Dalmatian style .
The villa consist of ground floor and first Floor. On the ground floor are an outdoor kitchen, dining room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large terrace with pool..
In the first Floor are the kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. and terrace.
The attic is not accessible to guests and is locked.
In the villa air conditioners are available, pool, bower and sun deck, benches,chairs and a swing are available. The villa has a private dock for boats. It is the ideal accommodation for families and friends.
The nearest shops and restaurants are in Vela Luka, which is only 7 km away. The many restaurants offer traditional dishes with local wines. After dinner you can leisurely stroll past the many bars while listening to local music.
