There are no neighbours nearby so you enjoy privacy. This property can accommodate 10 persons. There is free private parking on the premises for up to 5 cars. The sea and the beaches are just 10 minutes away with a car. You have the sole access to all inner space on the first floor of the house and all outer spaces around and near the property that is shown on the photos, you also have a separate private entrance. In short, you enjoy your privacy, as expected. Parking can be shared with owners sometimes, but you will always have enough space for your car(s).

Quiet hours are between 23:30h-8:00h (general house rules in Croatia ), so that applies to this apartment as well. This means that outside noise levels should be moderate, normal, during that period.
