House Demetra in central Istria with 4 bedrooms and a swimming pool consists of two residential units and is rented out exclusively as a whole. Guests have access to their own garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers, a covered summer kitchen with barbecue, garden furniture and bathroom, swings, table tennis and several parking spaces. Tinjan is a picturesque village in central Istria, famous for its Istrian prosciutto. Since 2006, when the municipality of Tinjan declared itself the municipality of Istrian prosciutto, the International Prosciutto Fair ISAP has been held regularly in Tinjan. It is the event that has contributed to the recognition of the municipality and the whole of rural Istria, and is based on the endeavour to preserve the traditional product and promote the economic growth and development of this region. It is one of the most important tourist and economic events in central Istria, visited by more than 25,000 people every year. Demetra House consists of two accommodation units.
