The house is located in a small village Grizane, near Crikvenica. It is only 100m away from the center of this litte town and a few minutes drive from the beach and Crikvenica center. This small place had a glorious past, which is outlined by towers, the Grižane castle and the Old Town, which was destroyed in an earthquake in 1323.
