Property information

In the past, this holiday home was a barn for hay and domestic animals. It was renovated in 2014. and has been rented ever since. During the renovation, the original materials, i. e. stone and wood, were kept, and the house was decorated in an antique style with modern additions. It is located in the small town of Dobreć below the Učka Nature Park, surrounded by greenery, mostly chestnut trees. There is a beautiful view of the city of Rijeka and the sea. Guests can enjoy long walks or relax in a pleasant, peaceful environment, disturbed only by the chirping of birds. The most beautiful pebble beach in Mošćenička Draga is only ten minutes away by car

Neighbourhood information

Lovran has been attracting travelers for thousands of years, winning them over with its natural beauty and keeping them on its coast. The oldest settlement on the Opatija Riviera dates back to the 1st century BC. According to tradition, the Roman patrician, statesman, military leader and cartographer Mark Vipsania Agrippa chose this place as his residence. The first mention of the name of the place, Lauriana, from the 7th century, reveals that it was named after the aromatic laurel, which fills Lovran's everyday life with a unique fragrance. What has attracted travelers from all parts of Europe for centuries still captivates visitors to this small town - Mandrać, the tower and the Old Town full of historical stories and legends along with a great gastronomic offer based on original ingredients.
