The total area of the Villa is 180m2. The Villa can accommodate 8 adults + 2 children. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. There is a bathroom, equipped with a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped to suit your every need – it has a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. There is also a dining table, providing space for six people. The living area is equipped with a comfortable couch and a Smart TV. The area is spacious and provides a beautiful view of the vineyard and the olive grove. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds. There is a bathroom, equipped with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, and a microwave. There is also a dining table, providing space for four people. The living area is equipped with a comfortable couch and a Smart TV as well. The area is covered with WI-FI. The Villa’s interior is a blend of modern and traditional style, reflecting its owners’ desire to preserve the elements of their grandfather’s heritage. Outside the Villa there is a 32m2 swimming pool, a BBQ area and a dining area. There is also a volleyball court, a children's playground and an annex with table football, a sauna, and an additional bathroom.

In addition to a comfortable house, the guests will have at their disposal a big outdoor space, making it possible for them to have a great holiday even if they are social distancing.

Still, the Villa’s location offers an opportunity to engage in an active vacation as well – Croatia’s largest lake with numerous trekking trails, Lake Vrana, and the national park Krka waterfalls are only 30 km away. The city of Šibenik, rich with historical and cultural heritage, is also just 25 km away as is the beautiful island of Murter, boasting with mesmerizing beaches. The island of Murter is also an ideal starting point for all those wishing to explore Kornati national park. The closest beaches are located in Pirovac, 18 km away, and Vodice, and Murter, 22 km away.
