Villa is located on a large, fully fenced, green plot, which includes a parking lot, a swimming pool, a children's multifunctional playground and an area for fun and enjoyment. The house consists of two residential units connected by stairs. In the first residential unit there is a large living room, kitchen and dining room with access to a covered balcony, as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The dining room leads directly to the covered terrace and the large green yard. In the yard there is another large covered terrace, a brick barbecue, a swimming pool with sunbeds, a hydromassage tub for 6 people and an outdoor shower, garden furniture, a volleyball net, mini football, table football and a children's playground, and a covered brick recreation room where there is billiards, table football and an exercise machine.
