Just a few steps from the sea, our little beach house is a true Mediterranean hideaway – not just for summer, but for any time of year. Located on the peaceful, car-free island of Prvić in the charming village of Šepurine, this fully detached 50 m² home offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The house features a cozy bedroom with a brand new springbox bed, a spacious wardrobe, and an additional fold-out bed that can be used occasionally or for a small child. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining space (which also works perfectly as a workspace), and a lounge area for unwinding after a day by the sea. You'll find all the essentials in the kitchen: fridge and freezer, stovetop with oven, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and basic cooking tools. The semi-bar dining table offers a great place for meals or remote work. One of the highlights is the private 30 m² terrace – partly covered, with sun loungers, a table and chairs, an outdoor sink and faucet – basically a small summer kitchen under the sky. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, lazy afternoons, or romantic dinners by candlelight. The sea and pebble beach are just 20 meters away, down a quiet footpath. Whether you're visiting for a short getaway or a few peaceful months by the sea, this place offers peace, privacy, and the timeless beauty of the Adriatic. The island is connected to the mainland by regular ferry lines (5 times a day), and it’s just a short 10-minute boat ride from the popular town of Vodice or 25 minutes from the historic city of Šibenik. Prvić is often described as “the Mediterranean as it once was” – stone houses, narrow alleys, fragrant herbs, olive trees, and the ever-present sound of the sea. The village of Šepurine is quieter than neighboring Prvić Luka and offers a calm, authentic atmosphere ideal for guests looking to disconnect and recharge. On the island, everything is within walking distance: small local grocery shops, cafés by the sea, charming coves and swimming spots, and scenic walking paths. There are no crowds, no mass tourism – just nature, culture, and simplicity. For day trips, you can explore the Krka National Park, the UNESCO-listed town of Šibenik, or take a boat tour to nearby islands.
