This gorgeous villa will welcome its visitors on four floors, with nine bedrooms and ten bathrooms. A total of 18 persons will be able to enjoy the complete luxury, pets are allowed and all of the floors are connected by an elevator. The third floor is the place where you can indulge yourselves in the gym and the sauna, all the while taking in the view of the beautiful Adriatic coast. The second floor is also equipped with a sauna wellness and an outdoor jacuzzi as well as a gym. The ground floor of the villa is reserved for an elegant and modern living room with a kitchen appointed in a similar style.  It is a place where you can use the dedicated wine cooler to keep the wines from the wine cellar at just the right temperature. When you step out of the villa on the ground floor you will find yourself on the large terrace leading to a heated pool with the so-called 'infinity' edge, which provides an unforgettable view of the sea, and with ample room for everyone on one of the 20 available deck chairs. For the little ones, entertainment is provided in the form of  table tennis, a Playstation game console and much more. Upon check in, you will have to pay the security deposit of 3000 euros. The deposit will be returned to you at check out, if there is no damage in the property.

The villa is located above the beach and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset. It is situated near the centre of Brela, but less than a hundred meters from the pebble beach enclosed by rocks. The nearest shop, bakery and café are less than a 10-minute walk from the villa. Just a few steps below villa there is a green lawn, where children can freely run and enjoy outdoor sports. With a short walk through the fragrant pine forest, you quickly reach a beautiful pebble beach. Sports lovers will be able to look forward to the fact that there is a large sports centre and tennis courts just a fifteen minute drive from villa.
