It is located on the ground floor and consists of 2 beadrooms, 1 bathroom, Novalja and only 250 metres from Lokunje Beach, Luxury apartment Terracotta Sun offers accommodation on a balcony and Garden with Jacuzzi, free WiFi and free private parking. The property was built in 2024 and has air-conditioned accommodation. The spacious apartment is fitted with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, additional toilette, living room, kitchen, 8 m2 terrace and spacius garden of 100 m2. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge and chest, including a dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The rooms have queen size beds. An extra bed for 2 people is available in the living room. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. There is a smart TV in every room and living room. Wi-fi fast internet of the 5G network is free to use. Air conditioning is in each room and free to use. 2 parking spaces for guests are also free.
