Luxury penthouse apartment is located in Orebić on peninsula Pelješac - south of Dalmatia, 100 km from Dubrovnik. It is situated in the quiet street just 5 min walk from the beach, shop, restaurant and 10 min walk from the center, main port and historic part of the town. Our house has 3 floors. On the ground floor lives the owner who is always at your service, and on the first floor are 2 apartments. Second floor is entirely occupied by penthouse. Penthouse has 141 m2 of space (84 m2 indoor space and the rest 57 m2 is outdoor space - balcony and terrace. Penthouse has two bedrooms with big cozy double beds (1.80 m wide), two bathrooms with one washing machine, shower, bath tub etc. Penthouse has fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with the freezer etc. Living room has high ceilings and offers two double sofa beds (1.60 wide) for two persons each and it is equipped with smart satellite TV. Penthouse has air conditioning and is entirely covered with WiFi. Terrace is partially covered with pergola and equipped with lounge furniture, loungers and jacuzzi for 5 persons. It has beautiful view at the mountain and seaview. Parking for 6 cars.

Penthouse is 300 m away from the main beach Trstenica where you can enjoy water sport activities. Restaurants, market and bakery is 100 m away from the penthouse, but also along the coast you can find the perfect beach for you and different restaurants with local cuisine. Orebić is a town specially known for its maritime history, his sailing ships, captains and sailors which left big beautiful houses with gardens as cultural heritage of Orebić. Peninsula Pelješac is known for its beautiful beaches, steep vineyards and excellent vine. Penthouse is 3 km away from old city Korčula (10 min walk + 15 min by boat) where you have to visit the birth house of famous explorer Marko Polo and enjoy the sword dance Moreška. Penthouse is overlooking at the island of Mljet which is a national park, famous for its beautiful flora and fauna, two magnificent lakes where you can have the opportunity to be on the island inside the island and visit benedictine monastery from the 12th century. Mljet is approx. 15 km away from Orebić (you can go by car ferry or by boat - approx. 60 min). Also, you can visit medieval town Ston and the second largest fortification wall in the world, only 59 km away.
