On the first floor you can find 3 elegant bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and 3 comfortable balconies.One of them is specious master bedroom with large balcony wich offers a sea view and famous Dubrovnik. Ideal for those who wants spend time with a loving person. Ground floor is huge and modern where you can find 1 more bedroom with bathroom,extra toilet,stylish living room combined with dining area and fully equipped kitchen with huge exit on teracce with pool and lounge area. All rooms in the villa are air conditioned. On pool level you can find fully equipped outside kitchen with BBQ where you will spend the most time during vacation cooking your favorite meals. Additional toilet and space where the washing machine and dryer are located as well. The pool is heated and allows you to swim and enjoy the colder months. Table tennis is available for guest use.

The Staff of the villa is at your disposal during your stay in order to make your stay remarkable as mutch as possible. Including informations of all activities and guests needs.
