Luxury Villa Burra is an amazing newly built holiday home located the peaceful village of Stankovci, only 14 kilometers from the nearest beach. Situated on a green hill in a quiet family orientated area, with its wonderful private swimming pool and jacuzzi it can comfortably accommodate 2 families or a group of up to 8 responsible adults. Top floor has access to a large balcony which provides panoramic views of the surrounding nature, while the ground floor features a nice covered terrace with dining table, perfect for eating outside. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a flat screen TV, while the master bedroom additionally offers its own en-suite bathroom and a spacious wardrobe. Outside, in your fenced garden you will find a beautiful swimming pool, a tavern with yet another kitchen, dining table and a stone barbecue, sun loungers, outdoor furniture, barbecue facilities, bicycles and even a children's playground.

This villa provides a great location too as National Park Krka is reachable in a short 20-minute car drive, Nature Park Lake Vrana in 15 min, same as the coastal town of Pirovac. Restaurants and grocery stores are located within 1-2 km from your holiday home. Both Zadar and Split are only 45 minutes away.
