The house is over 100 years old in a small street in the old town of Murter protected from traffic and noise. Recently completely renovated in the traditional spirit. It has two floors, a courtyard and a terrace. The ground floor has a courtyard covered with lush vines that overshadow almost the entire courtyard with a large table for 10 people and a stone barbecue with grill and peka. There is also a kitchen with all modern amenities (stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, table as well as all utensils for preparing and serving food and drinks), toilet, shower, living room and bedroom, The kitchen and living room are connected by a wide aisle. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed that can be used as a double bed. The living room and bedroom are separated by a sanitary area (WC and shower). To the upper floor leads the stairs from the courtyard to the patio equipped with a seating area and umbrella. From the terrace you enter the room on the upper floor which contains a sleeping area, a living area and a toilet with a shower. Both floors are equipped with air conditioning.

Željko and his wife will welcome you. We are both retired, high educated with permanent address of living in capital of Croatia, Zagreb, so you have all the house just for yourself. Our area of interest in these retirement days are mainly vine growing and wine making. We cultivate over ten thousand vine plants and produce several famous wine sorts with geographical origin like Rhine Riesling, Sauvignon, Pinot gray, Pinot black, Yellow Muscat and Cabernet Sauvignon. We found our interest also in olive tree growing and olive oil making and cultivate over hundred olive trees. We will be all the time, during your stay, on your disposal and do our best to make your stay easy and comfortable.

The location of the house is suitable for a relaxing holiday, inside a small alley surrounded by houses that are used occasionally in the summer, separated from busy streets and the noise of passersby. There is a lockable door at the entrance to the courtyard. As the house is located right in the center, all major amenities are accessible by walking up to a maximum of 10 minutes. The beautiful sandy beaches in the village are only 10 to 20 minutes walk (Luke, Slanica, Podvrške, Gradine, ...), while many other exceptional beaches on the island are within 10 to 20 minutes drive. Murter is the largest settlement on the island of the same name, with the largest number of islands in its archipelago (more than 170), with a large number of sandy beaches along the coast (Cigrada, Slanica, Podvrske ...), as well as numerous interesting destinations in its vicinity ( national parks: Kornati, Paklenica and Krka, nature parks Telascica and Vransko Lake, cities Zadar, Sibenik and Split). Specialized restaurants and inns offer a rich gastronomic offer. The remains of Roman structures, as well as the remains of the ancient settlement Colentum, can be found at the foot of the Gradina hill.
