Property information

Villa Nicole is private property, with two renovated stone houses, placed in a peaceful and nature untouchable area near Zagvozd, in small village Šarići. There is only one resident living in it. Privacy during your stay is fully guaranteed. Overlooking the huge and beautiful Biokovo mountain, it really is heaven on earth for those who want to enjoy their vacation in silence. Our private complex consists of three stone houses; two of them are loft houses for 10 people, with 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms with sofa beds. It has 4 bathrooms. Other small houses are designed as a barbecue area and gym. Next to the swimming pool there is a huge sunbathing area with jacuzzi, outdoor shower, shower room as well as an upstairs area with table and chairs. We also offer a large parking lot and a children's playground. While renting this property, you will rent all this only for yourself, nothing will be shared.

Neighbourhood information

The sea and the Makarska Riviera are in15 min drive by car. In front of the houses, you will be able to park your cars safely. 10 minutes far are supermarkets and ambulance, caffe bars, restaurants in Zagvozd. This place is so peaceful with all the beauties our nature can give you. Fresh air, tranquility, mountain views... everything that makes a perfect family vacation or a romantic week with your family/friends.
