With its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it can comfortably accommodate 2 families or a group of up to 8 persons. Selected by My Dalmatia for its great location and an affordable price to quality ratio. The exterior of your holiday home consists of a nice green garden, a covered terrace with dining table, a stone barbecue and a gated parking with enough space for 4 cars. Inside you will find a spacious living/dining area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen which includes a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a nice balcony. - This property does not accept bookings from young groups of under 25 years old.

The nearest beach is located less than 200 meters away, while other sandy beaches that Privlaka is known for can also be easily reached by foot. The nearest restaurant is just around the corner, same as a football field. There is a grocery store a short 5 minute walk away and the nearest cafe is only 50 meters away. The old town of Zadar can be reached in a 20 minute car drive and the island of Vir, connected to the mainland by a bridge is a 5 minute drive away.
