Property information

Brand new modern villa located in Dramalj, not far from the town of Crikvenica. The villa can accommodate up to eight guests and has four air-conditioned bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Three bedrooms with access to a beautiful terrace and three bathrooms are located on the first floor of the villa. On the ground floor of this modern beauty there is one bedroom and an open living room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the courtyard of the villa there is a swimming pool of 36 m2 and a pergola with an outdoor dining room and barbecue. The villa is only a few minutes' walk from the beach as well as all amenities, restaurants and cafes.

Dramalj, a tourist town near the town of Rijeka, is a well known and attractive Riviera with many years of tradition, along with the towns of Crikvenice, Selce and Jadranovo. The coast in Dramalj offers a wide range of interesting content, whether it be an active or rather quiet holiday. The beaches in town are impeccably beautiful, with the main beach in the center. Dramalj, along with the surrounding places, offers a range and attractions, great restaurants, wonderful walks, hidden beaches and have everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.
