Interior stairs lead from the living area to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The nearest coastal village is the fishing village of Ika, which has a beautiful pebble beach. Nature lovers can visit the Ucka Nature Park, while Lovran and Opatija offer beautiful promenades and good food in excellent restaurants. Inviting beaches can also be found in Medveja and Moscenicka Draga. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
