If your answer is yes, then Villa Eco is made for you! The villa is located in the town of Sv. Lovreč, which is located in the heart of Istria, and that region is well known as one of the main tourist destinations that will delight you completely. Treat yourself to an escape from the busy everyday life and spend it with family and friends in the beautiful Villa Eco! Built in 2023 in a contemporary construction style, this villa offers its guests 100 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 800 m2. A maximum of 5 people can stay in the villa, while the optimal number of guests is 4. It is fully air-conditioned, and guests will be comfortably accommodated in the 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor. One bedroom contains a double bed (160x200), while the other room has 2 single beds (90x200). The villa has one ensuite bathroom with a shower, and another regular bathroom also with a shower. A fifth person can sleep on the couch in the living room. In the beautifully decorated living room, you will relax on the couch next to which there is a coffee table, a chair and a TV. Of course, not far from the living room is the dining room with a dining table for 4 people. Right next to the dining room is a modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family with love. In the living room you will find a record player, books and binoculars, as well as board games and an Xbox. From the living room and dining room there is direct access to the outdoor terrace, which is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden and greenery that you will enjoy.
