The Oaza Mira is a fully renovated and luxury equipped old estate located in Eastern Croatia, called Slavonia. The properties of the house and side buildings have not been changed so that the estate would have the same old touch and feel. The estate has 4 bedroom that can hold 10 people, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms + an outdoor toilet, 2 living rooms where additional 4 people can sleep on couches, fitness room with sauna, heated outdoor pool with lights, big grill area, “konoba” - room for fun, stone firepit for 10 people and a private football field on artificial grass. Your cars will be safe on our free parking lot that can hold 8 cars. As an additional entertainment you may enjoy 4 TVs with 100+ channels and Netflix service, table tennis, darts, mini table tennis for kids, PlayStation 4, chess, Sony Bluetooth speaker and board games.

The estate is in a small Croatian village Laze in a region called Slavonia. Laze inhabits people since 17th century and the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The only way to visit Laze is by car. The village is close to the city of Nova Gradiška but quite remote, which means that daily you won’t see more than 10 cars pass by the estate. There are around 100 houses in the village today and although at the peak there were as many as 520 people living in the village, today there are only around 230. In the middle of the village, you will find a church, an elementary school, a small stadium of a local football club called NK Graničar, a bar, and the memorial placed to honor the war veterans from Laze that served in the Homeland War. One of the attractions of the village is also a military tank. The tank is the original one that was used during the war, and you can take a photo with it. The village is extremely quiet and calm. There is no industry around and no noise except animals’ sounds. In the morning you will be awoken by a rooster, while during the night you will enjoy the stars in the sky unlike any other sky close to the big cities. The Oaza Mira estate is in the European Union, Schengen Zone, and the distances to closer cities are Nova Gradiška - 10min, Požega - 45min, Slavonski Brod - 45min, Kutjevo - 45min, Đakovo - 1h, Osijek - 1:15h, Zagreb - 1:15h, Pečuh - 2h. Nature Park Papuk is close to the estate, and it will take you around 45 minutes to get there.
