This private property includes a dedicated parking spot and a spacious backyard for 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom apartment. The 2-bedroom apartment consist of sleeping room with a king sized bed, with access to the terrace, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with clothes washer, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The living room, provides access to a large, open space terrace which reveals a beautiful view of the Mediterranean, sea and pine trees. The backyard features an outdoor shower to rinse off after your day at the beach, as well as a private pathway directly to the sea swimming area, Camp Poljana, Marina, Restaurant, Coffee Shop and a 20 minute stroll to the Port of Mali Losinj. Charming 1-bedroom apartment is located on the lower level of a private house. This private property includes a dedicated parking spot, a private patio, and a spacious backyard. The apartment offers a kitchenette in the living room, and a private bedroom with a queen sized bed and and attached bathroom. The house is located on the first row to the sea in the highly desirable, peaceful neighborhood of Poljana, Mali Losinj.
Jeremy and Ljiljana recently bought this property together. They live and work most of the year in California, USA. But look forward to summer in Mali Losinj. Thank you for staying at our home !
There is a bike path for a 10 minute ride to party central (Downtown port of Mali Losinj, Croatia). Great snorkeling, 5 minute walk to the private beach. Lot's of world famous Hikes and Views.
