Property information

We are very proud of our seven Old town studio apartments. The property has historical value being a part of the old town Makarska and in 2010 was fully renovated to meet latest standards. Its attractive location right in the heart of Makarska, allows constant exposure to cultural and touristic events while providing unique feeling off history. Situated on the first, second and third-floor of the house, apartments have different kind of views: inner courtyard with its own historical wall, mountain, city, main church and market. Isolated enough of the touristic and car traffic, surrounded with a peaceful floral garden and great –Old wall of Makarska, overgrown by Mediteranien plants- capers, Old town studio apartments provides tranquility and peace for its guests. One can enjoy breakfast or lunch in this relaxing oasis.

Neighbourhood information

Only50 m from the house, overlooking main city square, is the cathedral Saint Marko. Being in the centre you can enjoy delicious food in the many restaurants around main city square and discover the numerous shops along the famous old town street – Kalalarga. Everything is just on your doorstep: supermarket, fish-market, butchery, bakery, market place with fresh local produce, car-ferry(1 min), bus-station ( 5 min), port-promenade( 1 min walk), beautiful natural pebble beach is about 5 min ( 250m ) walk.
