Welcome to the beautiful coastline of Croatia and to Pinna Nobilis apartments. This is your chance of a vacation first row to the sea with room for both relaxation and activity. You can easily bring your friends or family; there is plenty of room. You will find clear and clean waters, great views and the Adratic sea at your doorstep. If you prefer a swim under more private circumstances, the eternity pool is great for a dip. The property is build in 2015 in high quality materials and furnished with all modern amenities. Each apartment is fully equiped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, free WiFi, SAT TV,airconditioning, central vacuum cleaning system (allergy friendly) and floor heating (for winter use). Some of the apartments also have a jacuzzi. Each apartment has a large balcony and access to a private terrace.

We are a family of five, who live in Copenhagen, Denmark. Since 2006 we have visited Croatia every Summer. Both renting apartments and saling the wonderful waters of the Croatian coastline. It soon came to our mind, that we would love to have a place of our own. A place that we could come back to, year after year. A place where we can enjoy all that we have learned to love about Croatia: The people, the food, the clear waters, the islands, the weather, the views, the… When we found the house in Brodarica it was a dream come true. At this location we can imagine our family enjoying vacation after vacation, here we can picture us being old and our three boys bringing first their friends, later their families. And this location we long to share with other people who can see the glory in this uspoiled spot. Our apartments are named after Pinna Nobilis, the huge, graceful clams sticking out of the seabed in the waters outside our house. The ‘pen shell’ it is also called because of it’s shape. It can grow as large as 100 cm. Like all pen shells it is relatively fragile to pollution and shell damage. In other words: It only lives in clean waters!

Our luxury seaside apartments are situated in the village of Brodarica, a few km south of the city of Sibenik, Dalmatia. There is less than an hour’s drive from the airport at Split/Trogir to the south, as well as from the Zadar airport to the north. All apartments have a large balcony and a private terrace two meters above beach/sea level, and all apartments have access to the swimming pool. The city of Sibenik with its old cathedral, ancient city center and good shopping opportunities is only a 10 minutes’ drive away. The area is suitable both for the ones longing for relaxation and for the guest who prefers an active holiday. You are only 15 minutes away from one of Dalmatias best restaurants (Peligrini in Sibenik) and from Krka National Park. Nearby you will also find a diving center and rental oppotunities for small boats and surf boards. From Sibinik you can visit the Kornati National Park or other of the islands in the nearby archipelago. An hours drive south you will find Split, the second largest city in Croatia with its historic center,fine waterfront and good shopping oppotunities. On your way south you will also find the pitoresque cities of Trogir and Primosten.
