Pino luxury rooms and apartment is a new build guesthouse with seven luxury rooms and one apartment. It has a private heated pool which is included in a price of a room. There is also a terrace of the second floor of the guesthouse with jacuzzy and sunchairs. Terrace with a view of the see and island Brac is intended for the rest and relaxation of the guests. All the rooms are airconditioned with modern Pino luxury rooms and apartment is only 100 metres away from the beach Trstenik and 200 metres from the beach Firule. There is a trim track near the property adjusted for walking, running and riding a bicycle. Most famous beach Bacvice is 700 metres distant from the guesthouse. Diocletians palace is 1,2 km distant from the Luxury rooms Pino. Within the building is a caffe bar, and a few metres away is a restaurant Kadena where guests can have breakfast for the price of 10 euros. On the reception guests can have all the information about the trips to the nearest islands and national parks.

The beach has 5 km walking trail or trim road which is good for running and driving bike. 1.3 km is distance from center of Split ( old town ).
