This is a budget place that accomodates up to 4 people. The 66 sqm fully equipped apartment with AC is on the 3rd floor (NO elevator, sorry ;) of a building block in a residential area of Poreč. The beach and the center are 10 minutes by walk away.
Spacious apartment is located 10 minutes by walk to the beach and to the city center. It consists of one bedroom with double bed, and one bedroom with single bed. Forth person sleeps on sofa bed in living room. There is air conditioning, Wifi, TV, coffee maker, toaster...
Centrally located residential area (building blocks) with children playground, free parking, parks, beach within walking distance...
Questo apartamento non e addato per chi cerca una casa vacanza con vista mare. E situato in un complesso di edifici (per qualcuno case popolari), al terzo piano senza ascensore.
