This renovated holiday house, located in the serene residential area of the charming tourist town of Baska, offers a perfect retreat for a family seaside holiday. With its close proximity to both the town centre and the beach, around 400 meters away, guests are positioned ideally to enjoy the best Baska has to offer. The house's renovation in 2014 has ensured that the property meets the needs of a comfortable and enjoyable stay, blending convenience with the serenity of its quiet street location. The house, spanning three floors and 95m², is thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing holiday. The ground floor unites a fully-equipped open kitchen and a cozy living area, providing all necessary appliances including a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and both espresso and filter coffee machines, alongside a counter with bar stools for dining. The living area is furnished with a flatscreen TV, stereo system, and a double sofa bed adaptable to guest needs. Completing the ground floor is a bathroom with a shower, while a second bathroom is conveniently situated on the first floor. The sleeping quarters are divided among the floors; a bedroom with a double bed on the second floor, and two smaller bedrooms on the third floor, each featuring a bed for relaxed nights. Outside, the 30m² terrace equipped with a grill, table, chairs, and exclusive garden furniture, invites guests to dine al fresco or simply enjoy the outside air. For convenience, four parking spaces are designated for guests right by the house. The house benefits from air conditioning throughout all rooms and includes a private washing machine. Positioned just a short walk from the nearest grocery store and beach, and surrounded by a plethora of leisure activities including golf, tennis, moped rentals, boat trips, hiking, and cycling, guests are ensured a stay filled with activity and relaxation alike.
