Residence Peček is located in a quiet and most attractive area of the city of Novigrad, 3 minute walk to the beach of Karpinjan from which you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view the whole town. It is just 10 minute walk to the center of town that will delight you with medieval walls and its great spirit.

We are family of four from Ljubljana and we enjoy sports. Novigrad offers us a wide variety of sports facilities including Savudria golf course and Poreč ski-lift. In the winter we switch from skiing on water to snow. And if you would like to do that too, you can switch out our "Apartma PEČEK" in Kranjska Gora.

Karpinjan is an elite part of Novigrad, situated next to the Yachting marina ... When you go from the house you reach the sea, the road leads you in two directions - on the right is a promenade along the coast to Pineta peninsula and further to rocky beaches , on the left path leads you to trough the pine forest and through the elite marina to Novigrad sheltered harbor Mandrač. Only a few kilometers away from Novigrad is a large Aquapark which offers all-day fun for children and adults. Grožnjan and Motovun are just some of the towns in Istria that are worth a visit, just as worth visiting towns along the coast, the real pearls of Adriatic: Poreč, Rovinj, Umag, Vrsar and Pula.
