OPIS: - kuća ima 4 +2 pomoćna ležaja, - El. energija od 220 V je na solarni pogon, rasvjeta, TV, satelit TV, Wi-fi, frižider ledenica (s el. energijom treba se ophoditi štedljivo) - Voda je kišnica iz gusterne ista je instalirana u kući, princip zagrijavanja vode uz pomoć vanjskog bojlera ( s vodom se treba ophoditi štedljivo), - Mogućnost organiziranja promjene posteljine i čišćenje prostora od strane vlasnika (nadoplata) jednom tjedno. - minimalan boravak 7 dana
