House for 4-5 persons: approx. 65 m2, at ground level. The house is modernly furnished and offers an air-conditioned living room with kitchenette, dining area and sofa bed (120 x 200 cm) for one person. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with shower. You will find a cozy covered terrace outside with barbecue fireplace and a sheltered dining area. Further details: Fenced garden. The last 450 meters to the house lead over a non-asphalted road (gravel road). Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 4. Both the house and the large plot are completely at your disposal for exclusive use. While the nearest neighbors are more than 500 meters away, you will enjoy complete peace and privacy. A romantic natural beach is only 350 meters from the house. You can reach it on foot via non-asphalted roads and paths. Shopping facilities and a restaurant are only a few minutes away by car.
