Property information

This luxuriously furnished villa with pool is located in Croatia, in the middle of the island of Krk. The total area is 150 m2. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen ( has also coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machne) and a toilet. On the upper floor of the villa there are three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, their own air conditioning and their own TV. In the garden of the villa there is a 40 m2 pool, and next to the pool there is a local stone barbecue area and in addition a Weber gas barbecue. There is a covered terrace between the house and the pool. In addition to the dining table, there is also a lounge landscape with a large parasol. In front of the terrace there is a large natural green area that can be used as a playground. There is also a sun deck with natural shade under the trees. A shop with fresh ingredients products is only 800 meters away and the sandy beach is 4 km from the villa. Close to the villa is located the town Vrbnik, one of the most famous wine regions in this part of Croatia, with excellent wines and gastronomy, restaurants, tavernas, beaches and historical monuments. This villa is ideal to explore the whole island of Krk, which is rich with attractions, beaches and historical monuments.

Neighbourhood information

The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic, and is full of attractions that will keep your attention occupied for only 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. The motorway and airport are also nearby by. Krk town has beautiful old churches, old city walls, towers and the remains of the ancient Romans, the town of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, Soline Bay has healthy mud and Biserujka cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can try fresh fish, wine and other specialties, take a trip with the fishing and tourist boats and swim with dolphins or take children to ride a submarine (the town of Krk).
