Luxuriously decorated apartment in the city center so that all city destinations can be visited on foot. Within walking distance is also the most modern newly renovated city beach and marina. It is important to point out that all rooms are equipped with TVs with netflix, and that the living room has a Denon Heos system with a subwoofer and a large Samsung 75" TV. The pool is heated all year round, the temperature in winter is 36 degrees Celsius, so swimming is comfortable even when it is very cold outside.
