Recently renovated stone house on two floors, with it's own private yard and barbecue area, in the center of Murter town, close to many nice beaches, shops, cofee shops and restaurants. Although in the center of the town, still quiet and cozzy. The house consists of 2 bedroom apartment on ground floor and 3 bedroom apartment on first floor, each equiped with king size beds and comfortable new matraces, bathroom with shower, washing machine, comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony/terrace. Inclosed yard with a table and barbecue fireplace is availabe for guests in ground floor apartment. Since the house is in the center of town there is no private parking, but there is a nearby public parking site (Zone 2) for which we provide a parking card for one car. If you're coming by more than one car, please let us know on time so we can buy another card for you. The price for any additional car is 20eur/week. Wireless internet is free and unlimited.

The location of the house is wonderful for a relaxing holiday in one of the most beautiful regions of the Croatian seaside. The house is situated in a peacefull neighbourhood in the center of Murter, close to the beach and marina Hramina. The address on Google maps is Ulica Butina 13, and the real address is Kovačeva ulica 1. Murter is the largest settlement on the island of the same name, which has the greatest number of islands in its archipelago (over 170), with a large number of sandy beaches along its coastline (Čigrađa, Slanica, Podvrške...), as well as numerous interesting destinations in its vicinity (national parks: Kornati, Paklenica and Krka; parks of nature: Telašćica and Vransko Lake; the cities of Zadar, Šibenik, and Split). Specialized sea food restaurants offer a wealth of gastronomic specialities. The remains of Roman buildings, as well as the remains of the antic settlement Colentum, can be found at the foot of Gradina elevation, in Hramina cove and elsewhere. During the summer you can attend many concerts of classical and popular music, as well as Garden festival. A major cultural event is regatta of traditional wooden boats "Latinsko idro" (Latin sail) which takes place every year at the end of September. Murter is an island, but it is connected to the landmass with a bridge which is toll-free. During the summer season every day between 9 and 9:30 and between 17:00 and 17:30 the bridge opens to let the larger boats pass through, so the car traffic is closed during these periods.
