Beautiful Dalmatian Stone House: Spacious Retreat Near Trogir Old Town Situated just a 2-minute walk from Trogir’s center, this charming stone house on the island of Čiovo can accommodate up to 12 guests, making it ideal for groups or large families. The house includes 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and a beautiful terrace perfect for relaxing evenings. The layout offers privacy across three floors: the ground and first floors each feature 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, while the second floor has 1 bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed (+2), a kitchen, and a bathroom. In the garden, a cozy "komin" house with an indoor fireplace and a small kitchen provides a perfect spot for barbecues, while the adjacent terrace offers a breezy retreat to enjoy a glass of wine.

Neighbourhood information

The townhouse is located in the very center of Trogir. Trogir is the ideal place for city breaks, romantic escapes or summer holidays! Part of the UNESCO list of the World Cultural Heritage as the best preserved Romanesque-Gothic town in Central Europe, Trogir offers a lot of sights that are worth visiting. The beaches are not so far too. From Trogir you can easily reach by boat the Ciovo beaches or the Seget Donji beach, or simple walk to the closest beach which is at only 10 minutes walking from the flat.
