In a tiny alley without almost any people passing through, but just behind the main Hvar seafront promenade where the boats dock, an old winery on the ground floor of the 300 years old fishermen's house was adapted into the comfortable apartment to accommodate the guests who appreciate staying in an authentic Mediterranean ambient with a possibility to sit and have a glass of wine or a meal in its small street garden outside the front doors. The 37 square meters apartment located on the ground floor has just been renovated (2024) and converted into a more comfortable space by taking down some walls and changing the furniture. There is a bathroom, a small fully equipped kitchen, and one big space with a living, dining and bedroom. The bedroom and a new queen-sized bed are divided by curtains from the living room with a couch that could also fit two persons. The dining table can fit 4 persons. There is an AC and a fan, hairdryer and hot water 24h.

It is very easy and enjoyable to walk around the neighbourhood. The apartment is the most central Hvar you can get. The main town square, the cathedral, many other historical buildings, the oldest public theatre in Europe, the beach, shops, and restaurants are all minutes away. It is probably the only apartment in Hvar Town accessible without making any stairs from the harbor, the bus station, or the parking and this does make the difference when you are reaching your accommodation with your bags. Staying in the very center of Hvar Town has many benefits, but the only thing you cannot always expect is total silence. However, that's all part of the experience ;).
