The landlord lives on the property, about 30 m away. At a distance of about 8 km you can reach the beach and swim in the sea. Be sure to visit the picturesque town of Zadar, rich in attractions and gastronomic offers, while the beautiful sunset from the popular city promenade, accompanied by elegant sounds of the sea organ, will delight you. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
