« Die Lage ist perfekt man muss nur über die Straße und ist am Meer mit Spielplatz. Ein Supermarkt ist auch gleich gegenüber somit hat man alles fußläufig bei der Hand. Wir würden wieder kommen vorallem als Familie. »

Location, location, location - perfect destination for beach lovers and families! Apartments are situated in the heart of Ičići with the beach on its doorstep. Furthermore, Ika Beach is situated 1.5 km from the apartments, while Mali Raj Beach is reachable within less then 1 km. The closest grocery shop and Ičići bus stop are situated a minute away from the property. Nearby towns Lovran and Opatija (reachable within 3 km from the property) offer rustic farmers and fish markets - this is where locals buy food! Some of the most beautiful beaches in Kvarner, such as Ika Beach, Medveja Beach and Mošćenička Draga Beach are situated within 1.5 -12 km distance from the property. 12 km long picturesque seaside promenade leads up to the popular town of Opatija and further to the charming fishermen's village of Volosko where numerous bars and fish restaurants can be found. You can also arrange a trip to Island Cres, Mali Lošinj and Veli Lošinj - ferry port is just 40 minutes car ride from the apartments.
Hosts Robert & Dalija are passionate sea lovers and foodies; they are sociable and enjoy meeting new people. In their free time they enjoy long walks alongside Lungomarepromenade and island hopping across the Adriatic Sea. In the winter months they enjoy traveling across the globe discovering tropical hot spots. In the summer months, they enjoy spending time on their barbeque terrace preparing traditional Croatian meats such as ‘cevapcici’. They are huge supporters of local business and partner with a number of producers of local honey and ‘rakija’. Robert spent majority of his career as a first officer of international ships; and he also led an island-hopping business for a number of years locally. Robert and Dalija are excited to welcome you to their apartments and will make sure you have a fantastic holiday in one of the most stunning hot spots in the Mediterranean!
Opatija known for its historic buildings reminiscent of the Austrian Riviera, Villa Angiolina with its park and statues made by renowned artists is within 4 km from the property. Take a walk along the enchanting Lungomare coastal promenade, visit the Open Air theatre – the venue of many musical spectacles, and discover the symbol of Opatija – the statue of the Girl with the Seagull. Mountain range Učka can be reached within 5 km where guests can enjoy hiking across a number of trails, mountain biking and horseback riding. A quaint village Lovranska Draga offers hiking trails; among them is the Slap educational trail, which leads to Učka's most beautiful waterfall through an ancient sweet chestnut forest. Ičići bus station offers connection to the nearby towns - Ika, Lovran, Opatija, Volosko and Rijeka. Rijeka hosts national and international bus and rail stations. The nearest airport, Rijeka Airport, is situated only 44 km from the property. The historic town of Rijeka is at a distance of 18 km. Rijeka offers a range of museums, bars, restaurants, shopping malls and Ivan pl. Zajc Croatian National Theatre - theatre, opera and ballet house.
