6 bikes, two kayaks and a SUP board are included in the price. The ground floor consists of a living room with a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a bedroom which includes a double bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower. There is a pantry with a fridge and a deep freezer and two terraces. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with the breathtaking seaview headed west for the best sunset experience. Each bedroom is equiped with the air condition. The 2 terraces on the ground floor and the one upstairs are equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade. There are two garden loungers. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs.

The beautiful port of Zlarin with its restaurants and a market is only 15 min walk away (5 min by bike). The sea is only 100 metres away with a rocky beach and crystal clear water. There is also a beach 300 m away which may be more suitable for little children or older people. I warmly suggest visiting the old town of Šibenik which you can reach by a commercial boat line from the port of Zlarin (20 min by boat which is the great experience itself). From Šibenik you have numerous turistical option if you wish (ex. 2 national parks in the area - Kornati islands and Krka watterfalls...). This is why 'isolated in the middle of everywhere' really describes this property best.
