The Summer Dream Apartment offers everything for a wonderful holiday on approx. 58m². With 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom, the apartment is suitable for the perfect family holiday as well as for 4 adults. The kitchen is equipped with an electric inductive stove, big American style “Ice-maker” refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and a cozy dining area. Over the whole day you can enjoy a sunshine on the 45m² spacious east-facing terrasse with a big grill area or relax on the lounge set in the 34m² garden with the sea view. During hot days you can refresh yourself in the outdoor swimming pool with shower and sunbeds. In case of a bad weather, Summer Dream apartment has 3 LCD Smart TVs as well as a very good WI-FI connection. One parking place is located directly in front of the house and is included in the price.

The centre of St. Filip and Jakov is only 700m away. In its many nice restaurants, you can find something for everyone. The best beaches are Iza Banja (1100m), Croatia (700m) and Morovićka (1000m). Big supermarket is located just below the apartment, 400m away. The nearest airport is located in Zadar and is only 22km away. It is easily accessible by bus, taxi or Uber. Alternatively, you can use also the airport in Split which is 110km away.
