We established Island Estates d.o.o. for the purpose of developing resort real estates on the Croatian coastline. Our vision is to share experiences with our guests that we would enjoy and appreciate ourselves. Therefore, we decided to operate properties that we design, develop and furnish according to our quality standards and sense of high-end modern architecture.

We have chosen one of the most beautiful land plots on the Croatian seashore for building our first villa. Our apartments are located on the southern coast of Korcula island in the village Prizba. They are just 100 meters away from the seaside, and at the same time elevated above the sea level, offering an astonishing and unforgettable view. Our villa has 4 terrace apartments, which perfectly feature our vision of a modern summer house that allows you to enjoy a memorable holiday with lean luxury at an amazing place. Built in 2020, our apartments are brand-new and have a cosy and stylish atmosphere enabled by a skillful blend of contemporary design, understated elegance and uncomplicated comfort. All apartments afford a stunning sea view and have access to a common swimming pool in front of the house. Each suite fits up to 5 guests and is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 spacious living room with a kitchen corner and a couch extendable to a bed. All in all, we think that it is the sensational combination of their picturesque location, their style-conscious ambience and their luxurious pool that makes them particularly special.

Besides its dreamlike location at the seashore, our neighborhood is a quiet and peaceful place with mostly private houses and holiday homes. Apart from that, Korcula has various beautiful pebble beaches and secluded bays with crystal clear water all over the island that can be reached easily by car or by boat from our apartments and that wait to be explored by you. In addition, you can savour the idyllic nature of the island and get to know its rich historical heritage.
