A charming and unique stone holiday house is located in a quiet area of Selca. It is completely renovated, ideal for a peaceful holiday away from noise and traffic and is also close to all the necessary facilities. It is surrounded by a garden and a spacious yard and plenty of space for rest and socializing. In the yard there is a swimming pool, outdoor shower, barbecue. Covered parking with two parking spaces is available in front of the building. The distance from the nearest beach is 1300 m, from the center about 200 m. Pets are allowed and included in the price of accommodation. The house consists of two separate units, total of 80 m2 indoor space. The main building is located on two floors, on the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, on the first floor there are two bedrooms. In the back yard there is an additional unit with a kitchen and a living room with a couch and a bathroom with a toilet. Guests have at their disposal two air conditionings, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi.
