The ground floor of the building was built around 1980. The ground floor and the entire building were completely renovated and well-equipped throughout the first half of 2017. Renovation of some rooms was done in 2024. The facility has an outdoor pool with heated water and a "beach" around the pool. There are outdoor recreation facilities. Next to the facility is an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, a massive wooden table with benches and a sink. A sauna was built into the facility in 2025. The facility has about 240 square meters, and the area of ​​the facility is over 1200 square meters. There is a parking space for 5 people in the yard, and another private parking lot outside the yard. The water in the outdoor pool is heated (with prior agreement with guests and for a fee). The facility has an alarm and remote video surveillance.
I am Damir Žufić. I'm dealing with wholesale trade, and my hobby is renting a villa. I live with my husband Violet and twin children who are called Mateja and Mateo. I'm 50 and I've lived all the time along the coast. I know what the guests need when they come to rest. I try to give them the right vacation and leisure environment. I help parents in renting apartments. My brother helps me and my parents.
The quarter is small and quiet. It is about 1500 m away from the sea. Neighbors are small and rivers running through the street. The quarter is part of a place called Valbandon. Also nearby are National Park and Brijuni Islands.
