Vila Jadran is situated just 80m from a beautiful beach in a quiet village, just 2km south of the picturesque city of Omis. The air conditioned apartment is 80m2 (entire top floor of house and larger than most apartments) with a large terrace featuring stunning sea views! There are two comfortable bedrooms to accommodate a total of 4 guests, 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. There is a large furnished outdoor pool area with deck and gazebo. Outdoor BBQ area and garden with park benches. Please note, you will be the only guests using this property! . Private parking on site.
Vila Jadran is proud to offer the only available apartment for 4 guests on this property for a unique guest experience with a private pool, private parking on site, garden, and BBQ area, all exclusively for you! The spacious apartment comprises of the entire top floor offering panoramic sea and mountain views. We offer free wifi, a flat screen smart TV and air conditioning. There are two bedrooms for a total of four guests, 2 private bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with an oven, a four burner electric stove and refrigerator. A spacious living area and large outdoor terrace/balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and evening wine.
Vila Jadran is located in Splitsko Dalmatinska zupanija region in the peaceful town of Nemira. Though small, Nemira has a mini market, fresh fruits and vegetable stand, numerous restaurants, cafes, masseuse on the beach and water activities such as jet skiing. Its close proximity to the stunningly beautiful city of Omis offers amazing restaurants and night time events with festivals and concerts, as well as daytime outdoor activities such rafting, zip lining, boat trips and much more. Omis truly offers the best of both worlds of a calm and relaxing holiday and a fun and exciting adventure creating life long memories!!!
