This place selflessly offers you the rural ambiance, peace and quiet. Villa Luka is offering 210 m2 of living space while the total area of property is 3000 m2. The villa is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, dining area and a flat-screen TVs with satellite channels in every room. The villa is fully air conditioned. Villa Luka offers huge garden with olive trees and beautiful flowers. There is free private parking and free WiFi. Villa Luka can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. The villa provides a terrace with view on river Zrmanja, on Velebit, garden and swimming pool. The villa has a heated swimming pool that will keep you fresh during the summer. Beside the villa there is summer kitchen with the barbecue and bread oven. Velebit mountain is located nearbly by the villa.
