Villa Rasoha is a newly built villa of about 390 m2, it has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, two master bedrooms have access to large terraces facing the sea, and all rooms have a view of the sea. The glazed living areas: kitchen, dining room and living room with access to a large terrace give you the impression that you are part of nature. There is also a separate toilet next to the living rooms. By the pool there is a large sunbathing area with deck chairs and umbrellas, a sitting area with outdoor seating and a recreation room with a billiard table, fitness equipment and seating. Vela Rasoha Bay is located on the middle island of Korcule. Korcula Island is located in southern Dalmatia. This 46 km long island with 182 km of coastline and many bays is the sixth largest island in the Adriatic. With a population of about 16,000, it is the second largest island in the Adriatic. The island has a mild Mediterranean climate with an average of over 2,700 hours of sunshine per year, making it the sunniest region in Croatia. So you can enjoy beautiful weather and warm sea almost all year round. The average summer temperature is 26.9 °C, the water temperature is 25 °C. Korcula is also one of the most densely forested islands in the Adriatic. The town of Korcula is one of the best preserved medieval towns in the Mediterranean with city walls from the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries built around the old town. The town was founded as early as the 10th century (Constantine Porphyrogenet). The regularity of its building plan is unique in the Mediterranean. The famous sailor and merchant Marco Polo was born in Korcula in 1254. In the town there are numerous historical sights (cathedral, city walls with towers, town hall, birthplace of Marco Polo and others). Vela Luka is the largest town on the island, 8 km from the villa . The town has many shops, a shopping center, many restaurants with a rich offer of Mediterranean specialties and local wines that are world famous. In summer many cultural and entertaining events take place. On the hill above Vela Luka lies Vela spilja - a famous archaeological site from the Stone Age, whose finds can be seen in the local museum. Blato is the next town, 9 km from the villa, rich in history and architecture. The town has the Monastery of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Crucified Jesus Petković, ethnographic museum, and the Church of All Saints from 1350.
