Villa Adria is a beautiful five-star villa with a heated pool, accommodating up to 8 guests. Designed in a Mediterranean style with modern elements, it offers a comfortable interior and a spacious outdoor area. The villa covers 150 m² of indoor space on a 600 m² plot. The ground floor features a large living area with a kitchen, dining table for eight, and a living room with a leather sofa and a smart TV. All rooms on the ground floor have access to the garden with the pool, and the kitchen and dining area open onto a spacious covered terrace with a table for eight and a Weber grill. The villa has three large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom – one on the ground floor and two upstairs. All bedrooms have access to outdoor areas and are furnished with double beds (180x200 cm), wardrobes, desks, air conditioning, and TV. The bathrooms are equipped with showers, toilets, sinks, and hairdryers. Bedding and towels are provided, and a baby cot and high chair are available. The ground floor is threshold-free with wider doors, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: a large fridge with freezer, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee machine, and utensils. The living room includes a TV area with DVD and CD players, a PlayStation, board games, and Wi-Fi. The sofa can be converted into an extra bed for two guests.
