Escape from the hectic everyday life and relax together with family and friends in a villa with a sea view in a quiet part of the city. The specificity of this villa is that in its yard and at the entrance there is a wall from the 16th century. Villa Aenona was built in a contemporary construction style in 2022, offers its guests 120 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 149 m2. A maximum of 6 people can stay in the villa, while the optimal number is 4. The villa is only 70 metres away from the nearest sea, while you can swim at Kraljičina beach, 300 metres from the villa. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a living room consisting of a sofa bed (which serves as an extra bed for two people), a TV, and a romantic fireplace. Children will be able to play PlayStation 5 or enjoy music thanks to the audio system, and for adults, there is a wine cellar and a cigar humidor (with an additional charge). There is also a kitchen where you will happily prepare delicious meals for the whole family and friends, and a dining room with a dining table with 6 seats. On the ground floor, there is also a sauna with a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower cabin.
