Villa Aria is a modern, newly built villa located only 50 m from the sea in the peaceful village of Klimno on the island of Krk. With 220 m² of space across two floors, it comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The heated pool and underfloor heating make it ideal for stays even in spring and autumn. Upon entering, a spacious hallway leads to a bright open-plan area with a kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. The living room offers a comfortable sofa and a 65-inch TV with satellite channels. The ground floor includes a bedroom with a king-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and hairdryer. There is also a guest toilet off the hallway. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Two bathrooms have access to a private terrace with a lounge set and sea view. Outside, the villa provides a heated pool, eight sun loungers, a seating area, and a gas grill. Fully fenced, Villa Aria ensures privacy, with ample parking for four cars and an electric vehicle charging station.
