This beautiful 4-star villa for 8 people, 190 m2, has 4 double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, and a terrace with a view of the sea. The villa has a large garden, a garden with lots of greenery and 2 swimming pools, one for children, a summer kitchen in the garden and a children's playground. The villa is completely fenced and offers guests security and privacy. A large beautiful garden, proximity to the center, parking and security make Villa Art attractive for a family holiday. The friendly hosts are at your disposal for all your needs.
The villa is located in a quiet part of town, 500 m from the center and 700 m from the beach. There is a shop and a restaurant near the villa.
